Ordering
Most items are made to order (Print on Demand). A few stocked items are clearly marked. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place the order.
What is Print on Demand?
We use Print on Demand, meaning each item is made only when you place your order. This offers several benefits:
- No overproduction – only what's needed gets made.
- Less waste, more sustainable.
- Items are printed and shipped as close to you as possible – often within the same country.
- You get a unique product that hasn’t been mass produced.
Delivery may take a bit longer than from a warehouse, but we believe it’s worth it – for the planet and for your personalized gear.
Payment
Secure payments via card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc.) are handled by Stripe. Prices are in SEK and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

- Sweden: 3–10 days
- Denmark: 4–9 days
- Finland: 6–13 days
- Germany: 4–7 days
- Austria: 3–9 days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 days
- Switzerland: 5–12 days
- Canada: 4–15 days
- Norway: 8–9 days
- USA: 4–6 days
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, including made-to-order items. The product must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your own expense. Contact us at shop@freeride.se before returning any item.
Complaints
If your item is faulty or damaged, contact us at shop@freeride.se with your order number and a brief description. We comply with Swedish consumer law.
Damaged Goods
If your order is damaged during shipping, report it to the carrier and notify us within 7 days.
Other
We reserve the right to update prices, product details, and terms without notice. In case of out-of-stock items, we will refund any payments made.
